We strive to create and serve enticing menus providing healthy, balanced, kid-friendly, fun choices to our students.

We strongly encourage students to help themselves to unlimited fruits, vegetables, and salads. We agree with the "My Plate" guidance from the USDA that half of the food we eat should be fruits and vegetables!

Every day we offer at least four choices of fresh fruits, in addition to a canned fruit option. Also available daily are mini carrots and other fresh cut, seasonal vegetables with light ranch dressing and hummus as dipping options.

Students are strongly encouraged to take the milk that is included free with every meal. We have a variety of flavors of milk (low fat and fat-free only), knowing that children need the equivalent of at least three cups of milk per day for developing strong bones.
