The following employees are eligible for benefits through the Town of Needham:

Benefit Strategies offers both an FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and a DCA (Dependent Care Account). Please note that effective July 1, 2018, HSA Qualified Plans are not eligible for an FSA.
Once you enroll in Benefit Strategies during open enrollment you will want to visit their website to set up an account:

On the lower left side of the screen, you will see Participant Login for New Hampshire. Click on that link and then click Create your new username and password. Follow the steps to create a new account (skip the Employee ID box). There are three ways for you to submit your receipts. Each path requires that you complete a Claim Voucher depending on your provider:

1. Mail your Claim Voucher and receipts to Benefit Strategies: PO Box 1300, Manchester, NH 03105-1300
2. Fax your Claim Voucher and receipts to Benefit Strategies: 603-647-4668
3. Scan your Claim Voucher and receipts and email to Benefit Strategies:
